Yes, create a new fundraising page.
Chose “edit your personal fundraising page” to add additional information and personalize the page with a photo (if you’d like) and to make sure your fundraising goal is correct, ($50 per student.) The default for this fundraiser is set at $50, if you have more than one student in HTS, you can edit this goal in the next step.
You can name your page however you would like by selecting the blue “edit” button. The default will be your name as you signed up for the free Join Me account. You may also personalize the page with a photo. The image should be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format. It mush be smaller than 4 megabytes. If the image is larger than 350 x 500 pixels, it will be resized to meet those dimensions. If you need to resize a photo you can use www.picmonkey.com for free and resize the photo, save it to your computer and then upload it from there.
If you scroll down the page, you will see “other page settings.” This is where you can edit the dollar amount for your personal family goal for the fundraiser. By all means it can be more than $50 per student, but that is the requested minimum for this event.
You may also make a “short URL” here as well. You can see from the example, we have entered our last name. After it is created, you can then copy and paste that link to send to your contacts.
You can also publish and view your page from this screen.
When you are finished creating your page you may then go back to the home page and send emails and promote your page via social media outlets.
